Top Of The March To You: The Irish Tenors & Dermot Kennedy Celebrate

February 23, 2023

Why celebrate Ireland just on one day in March? The Broward Center For The Performing Arts starts the celebrations in February with The Irish Tenors with Orchestra and continues in May with a concert by Dermot Kennedy.

In their 25th Anniversary Tour, The Irish Tenors with Orchestra delivers songs of celebration and humor, mixed with touching melodies and songs that warm the heart in Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. The Irish Tenors' powerful vocal line-up of Anthony Kearns, Ronan Tynan and Declan Kelly are classically trained singers, each having performed in leading concert halls across the world. They’ve proven themselves gifted interpreters of a wide range of material, with such songs as “My Heart Will Go On” (from Titanic), “Fairytale Of New York”(previously recorded by Kirsty MacColl and The Pogues) and even Jimmy Kennedy’s “South Of The Border (Down Mexico Way).” These songs live comfortably in their repertoire alongside “Danny Boy,” “Whiskey in the Jar” and “Fields Of Athenry.” Tickets are $39.50-$99.
