Experience an ocean-to-table odyssey where culinary arts meet the splendor of the sea at Fin-Tastic Seafood Feast on Thursday, April 10th at 7:00 p.m. The four-course menu features caviar with crispy potatoes layered in duck fat and served with Arc-made crème fraîche, chives and salmon caviar; chicharrón with crisped salmon skin, tartar sauce and spicy chili oil; miso-glazed Salmon featuring wild Alaskan Salmon marinated in miso paste and brushed with a miso glaze, served with bok choy, green onions, snap peas and roasted potatoes; and a trio of sweet bellini pancakes with crème fraîche cheesecake topped with fresh fruit caviar pearls.
Elevate your home cooking and learn expert techniques from Chef Michelle Gallo at the hands-on Meatloaf and Mash Cooking Class on Thursday, April 17th at 7:00 p.m. This interactive class will teach attendees how to make a flavorful and tender meatloaf with the perfect flavors, tips for achieving creamy potatoes and expert techniques to elevate their home cooking.
Get ready to party like it’s 1985 at Murder Mystery Dinner: 80’s Hungry Like a Wolf on Saturday, April 19th at 7:00 p.m. The four-course menu includes 80’s-style potato skins with melted cheese, scallions and sour cream; iceberg wedge salad with blue cheese crumbles and bacon with a warm bacon dressing; chicken marsala with roasted garlic smashed potatoes and mixed vegetables, accompanied by dinner rolls and butter and cheesecake with an 80’s-style raspberry coulis.
Experience the exhilarating fiesta of flavors where vibrant Mexican cuisine meets premium tequila in perfect harmony at Mexican and Tequila on Thursday, May 8th at 7:00 p.m. This four-course experience features lobster red pozole, a sous vide lobster tail served in a chipotle fish broth with shredded green cabbage, white hominy, fresh cilantro, radishes, a blend of crumbled queso blanco and cotija cheese, and fried tortillas for garnish; duck confit malanga tostada, featuring a malanga lila tostada topped with shredded duck confit, queso blanco fundido, avocado mousse, cucumber pico de gallo, refried beans, shredded red cabbage en crudo, cilantro and spicy queso blanco béchamel; street corn-style risotto with New York strip tagliata, including sweet corn risotto made with chicken broth, Tajín, lime, cilantro and cotija cheese, paired with New York steak tagliata, a marquesita crêpe filled with chocolate and jam.
Tickets for Fin-Tastic Seafood Feast and Mexican and Tequila experience dinners are $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Tickets for Chef Michelle’s Meatloaf and Mash Cooking Class are $99, with wine and cocktails available for purchase.
