Fort Lauderdale Supper Club Unveils New Offers A Top-Notch Dining Experience

New To The Scene, Sunness Supper Club Has Quickly Gained Recognition As One Of The Hottest New Restaurant And Bar Sensations In Fort Lauderdale. Delivering Soulful American Cookery, Craft Cocktails And Hospitality Befitting Of A Fine-Dining Experience Without The Formal Trappings, The Concept, At Its Heart, Will Hopefully Continue To Strengthen Its Newly-Minted Reputation As The Type Of Restaurant Any Great Neighborhood Would Want And Deserve.

Following its successful launch, Sunness has become a staple for diners seeking a top-notch dining experience and go-to destination for Happy Hour, which is offered daily from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Now, the restaurant is giving Lauderdale locals and visitors more reasons to sip and savor as the team – helmed by owner/operator Michael Stanley – has unveiled new offerings and programming to enjoy.


Brunch aficionados will want to mark their calendars for the launch of Sunness’ new Weekend Brunch, debuting on Saturday, March 22nd. Every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., diners can indulge in an abundance of savory and sweet main plates from the a la carte menu with highlights – ranging from $21 - $24 – such as South Carolina Country Ham & Eggs Benedict with lemon hollandaise foam; Smoked Salmon Benedict prepared with spinach, red onion and American salmon caviar; Crispy Buttermilk Chicken and Waffles served with hot honey sauce; Sunrise Burrito Wrap stuffed with bacon, eggs, cheesy potato, cilantro, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream; and Crispy French Toast with fresh strawberries and maple whipped cream. An added bonus, guests can choose to opt-in for the Bottomless Brunch option for $40++ per person which includes unlimited plates served from a variety of action stations offering items including eggs-your-way, potatoes, bacon, salad martinis, and more. Of course, brunch isn’t complete without libations and as such, Sunness’ weekend brunch will feature a build-your-own Bloody Mar bar.


In addition to the introduction of brunch, Sunness is also opening its doors seven days a week – starting Monday, March 24th – for Lunch. Available during the week Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., the full lunch menu will also be available during brunch service on Saturday and Sunday. Ranging from shareables, soups and salads to flatbreads and handhelds, the well-rounded lineup offers something for every diner seeking a high-quality meal to enjoy midday. Menu highlights include noshes to share such as Lil’ Kosher Hot Dogs with ‘everything’ seasoning; Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Mango BBQ Ribs; several soups and crisp salads; tempting flatbread variations – oak fired in the restaurant’s pizza hearth – including the traditional Margherita, Pesto Grilled Chicken & Goat Cheese and Wild Mushrooms. Delicious handhelds on offer include a delicious Double American Cheeseburger – pickles and caramelized onion on a potato bun with fries; Debbie’s Club – avocado, fried egg, tomato, arugula and thousand island on wheat toast; Pastrami Ruben – Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island on toasted rye with cottage chips and a Blackened Catch of the Day – tomato, dill tartar sauce and Caribbean slaw. The lunch menu also features several signature main plates including Shrimp & Grits; creamy Rigatoni & Wild Mushrooms; Steak Frites & Eggs and Maple-Glazed Salmon.


Towards the end of the month, Sunness is also presenting a special one-night-only five-course Rum Tasting & Dinner Pairing on Thursday, March 27th. Every course of the vibrant menu – created in collaboration by James Beard Award-winning Chef Allen Susser and the restaurant’s lead mixologist Ally Champion – will be expertly paired with creative handcrafted cocktails featuring expressions from the Foursquare Rum portfolio.
