VCA Walk For The Animals A Howling Success
Thousands of participants both human and four-legged turned out for the VCA Walk for the Animals on February 1st at Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Intracoastal Promenade Park. Benefiting the Humane Society of Broward County and now in its 35th year, the Walk continues to be the shelter’s largest fundraiser.

Respect: A Musical Journey Of Women “Above All, RESPECT Is A Celebration Of The Collective Strength Of Women"

RESPECT: A Musical Journey of Women, the fourth production of the Pompano Players’ inaugural season, will open on March 28th at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center and run through April 6th.

History Fort Lauderdale’s Artists-In-Residence: Making Our Heritage Accessible And Engaging To Residents And Visitors
History Fort Lauderdale’s third floor resident artists’ collective will present its annual show from March 12th – April 20th. The six artists exhibiting are Constance Ivana, Stephanie McMillan, Rucci, Florencia Clement de Grandprey, Jenna Ross and Marene Downs. A meet and greet with the artists will take place on Wednesday, March 12th from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at the New River Inn Museum of History building on History Fort Lauderdale’s campus. Complimentary light bites and beverages will be provided.
